1. Returns Window
You may request a refund or return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

3. How to Request a Return
Contact us at hello@xellatrix.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, ship the item back to us.

4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

7. Non-Refundable Items
Items that are final sale, personalized, or opened/used are not eligible for a refund.
